If you are due to benefit from a will in terms of a cash legacy or sale of property you may be eligible for the "We pay Funeral Fees" Service.

We Pay Funerals Fee

“We pay funeral fees” is a service provided by Curtis Legal Ltd. who specialise in advising clients in relation to probate and estate administration.

With highly experienced lawyers in this field, they provide free, professional and practical advice answering any questions you may have following the death of a loved one.

When someone has died, to realise their assets and pay any debts you need to apply for a document that gives you the authority to act on their behalf. This is known as the grant of representation. When there is a will, it will appoint executors to act and these are the people who have to apply for a grant of probate to administer the estate.

If you require assistance with estate administration, Curtis Legal offer a complete estate administration service for a competitive fixed fee so you know the total costs involved before any work is carried out on your behalf. The service provided cannot be beaten and can include meeting with you at your home to discuss matters free of charge or obligation.

As testament to the service Curtis Legal provide their largest source of work is from personal recommendation.

How does it work?

1.
Step One

A specialist advisor will explain everything in simple terms and will confirm immediately if the estate is eligible to have the funeral fees paid. There is no interest to pay and we can even reimburse other expenses that you may have incurred.

2.
Step Two

Curtis Legal will provide you with a highly competitive fixed fee quote for the complete estate administration work and then you can decide if you wish to proceed. We offer the best possible complete estate administration service and a price promise that if you can find the same level of service at a better price, they will refund the difference.

3.
Step Three

Once you confirm instructions for Curtis Legal to act on behalf of the estate, they will immediately arrange payment of the funeral invoice directly to the Funeral Director. They will also reimburse any out-of-pocket expenses you have incurred.

4.
Step Four

Curtis Legal administer the entire estate for you so you can relax. They understand that it can sometimes take months to recover sufficient funds to reimburse the payments made on your behalf and this is part of their service to you. There is no interest charged even when they must wait for a property to be sold. All they ask is that you agree that they can be reimbursed when funds are available. They understand that it is a very difficult time, so they make everything as simple and easy as possible for you. This means that you can have the funeral that you want with the understanding that everything is covered and will be paid off once the estate has been settled. This will remove the entire financial burden from you. You are then able to concentrate on funeral arrangements for your loved one.
