The personal approach by Tom and Alan throughout the discussions about Mum’s funeral were exceptional. They catered for al the needs we expressed. Family funerals are emotional extremes, ultimate loss, celebration of life and a very important milestone for the survivors. They are also not insignificant in terms of cost. My family has lost its three eldest in as many months. My Dad left us first and we contacted the local undertakers and felt John Edwards Funeral Directors offered us the best options, advice and value. They understood us, we wanted a dignified, warm, caring service that took into account the family and the deceased. We were not disappointed. Alan and Tom offered and delivered exactly what we needed for our three elders, each with their own individual characteristics, each with dignity, warmth and humour where appropriate.
